2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You must have the right to upload and analyze any photos you submit.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your usage.

3. Usage Limits and Fair Use

  • Free users are limited to a specific number of photo ratings per day (as displayed on the site).
  • Rate limits are in place to ensure fair access for all users.
  • Abuse of the Service, including automated scraping or excessive requests, may result in access restrictions.

4. Content and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of photos you upload for attractiveness rating.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely for providing the photo rating Service.
  • Uploaded photos are processed immediately and not permanently stored (see our Privacy Policy).
  • You must only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to analyze.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No uploading photos of minors without proper consent.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
  • No automated scraping, bot usage, or rate-limiting evasion.
  • No use of the Service to harass, bully, or harm others.

6. Results Disclaimer

Important: Photo rating results are generated by AI algorithms and are for entertainment purposes only. Attractiveness scores are based on visible facial features and aesthetic standards that vary across cultures and individuals. Results do not represent objective truth about your beauty or personal worth. Beauty is subjective and attractiveness varies based on genetics, cultural preferences, photo quality, lighting, angles, and many other factors. Do not use results to make important life decisions or as a measure of personal value. Your worth as a person is not defined by any attractiveness score.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, algorithms, and materials provided by Rate My Photo are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of attractiveness ratings, or specific outcomes. Photo rating results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angles, and other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rate My Photo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. We will indicate material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above.
